CONFIDENCE IN THE KITCHEN: Ritz Chicken

INGREDIENTS
2 tsp. each garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and dried parsley
2-3 eggs lightly beaten
1-2 5oz packages of Ritz Seasoned Coating Mix, Garlic Butter flavor or 2 cups of finely crushed garlic butter ritz crackers.
1 stick and ½ butter, cut into pieces
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375F. Place a few pieces of the butter in to the 9x13 foil lined pan. Place in the oven until butter is melted, about 5 minutes.
Season chicken with the above seasonings and set aside. Lightly beat 2 eggs in a separate bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, add in your Ritz coating mix.
Take each chicken tenderloin and roll it in the beaten egg and then roll it in the coating mix until evenly coated all over.
Make sure the butter is spread around the bottom of the foil pan and place the coated tenderloins one by one in to your pan.
Next, take the remaining butter pieces and place them on top of the chicken. 3-4 pieces should cover the length of the tenderloin but cut up more butter pieces if needed.
Place pan into your preheated oven and cook for 45 min or until cooked through. Sprinkle with dried parsley. Enjoy!
